The function of vitamins in the body
You could see vitamins as small parts in an engine, they can be seen as unnecessary because they are so small, but the engine still cannot function without them. All the different vitamins assist in various processes in the body. For example, many of the vitamins are included in enzymes that contribute to the body's metabolism and combustion.
