Holistic blueberry powder is a PLOG™ product, which means it is made from fresh, Swedish ingredients. The step from the original raw material to powder is short and without additives and the shelf life is long.
This is how Holistic's PLOG™ powder is made:
1. The raw material is harvested, washed and cleaned.
2. The liquid is pressed from the berries and becomes juice.
3. The raw materials are dehydrated (dried) below 42 degrees to preserve all the nutrients. The gentle drying means that the powders are considered raw food
4. The raw materials are gently ground into powder in modern machines and then placed in a Holistic jar.
